FUGLSANG KUNSTMUSEUM
The Fuglsang Kunstmuseum is a hidden gem. This art museum has many of Denmarks most beloved painters on display. The cute café is an excellent spot for some refreshments. The house itself is in modern design done by the famous Tony Fretton, making it an interesting destination by itself. Make sure to visit the Old Fuglesangs Fuglsang estate since you‘re there!
KNUTHENBORG
Knuthenborg is a Safari Park where visitors can roam around with wild animals, including giraffes, monkeys and tigers. The park is divided into a few zones, including the African savanna and North- & South-America. Included is a huge playground for the kids. Knuthenborg doesn't feel like a part of Denmark at all, and certainly makes a great, exotic day-trip!


KRENKERUP BREWERY
Only 5 minutes away from Fjelde, you'll find the award-winning Krenkerup brewery. For lovers of "ØL", this is a must-visit destination. Located in a castle originated from 1490, this beer-haven is truly unique!
KROKODILLE ZOO
Krokodillezoo, or the Crocodile ZOO, has the World‘s largest collection of Crocodiles and alligators. With 23 species on display, it makes an interesting visit for those with a neck for sharp teethes. Europe’s heaviest Crocodile lives here, weighing over 500 kg!


LALANDIA WATER PARK
Lalandia in Rødby in one of Lolland‘s main attractions. This waterpark offers plenty of fun, including slides, swings and climbing walls. If the action is too much to handle, the parents can always relax on „the beach“ or hit the sauna.
MARIELYST
Marielyst beach is a 20 km long white-sand-beach facing the Baltic Sea. It‘s an incredibly beautiful spot lined with restaurants and other temptations. A bike lane runs along the coast making it an ideal day trip. Just remember to bring a basket with some snacks and øl.


MIDDELALDERCENTRET
Middelaldercentret is a Medieval-themed park where people hunt, cook, joust, and go about everyday life like it is the 1400’s. Make sure to catch a few of many presentations about medieval studies, crafts and arts.
